Impressive room, which was also reasonably spacious. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had a private bathroom. The location in a very nice area was perfect and magnificent and there were a market and a large supermarket nearby. Located in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were amiable.

The place was great - central location, living room/kitchen and cosy bedroom, clean new bathroom, quiet neighborhood. Maria, the lady who checked us in was very informative and helpful, gave us great orientation. Highly recommend this place for the best "cost-quality" choice in Amsterdam.

The location around Prinseneiland Street is fantastic! Plus, having a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a fridge in the room was a major win! 🙌

Very Nice Location, Very Nice Host (Maria) & Finally Very Nice Price...even though it was high season at the time that I went to amsterdam...it was still better price then the other hotels...I Got the attic studio which was very cosy & spacious which is something that gives it character & its a 10 min walk to the central station or a 2 min bus drive which is pretty convenient.
The only negative thing was the Train Tracks behind the hotel...you could hear the trains passing all day & all night long...but its not a major annoyance as the sound is very dampened & sort of far but still it was weird.

The apartment was nice and clean, kitchen well equipped and coffee/tea included. The owner was very nice and helpful. Free well working wifi.
The only minus was the location, it was stated somewhere that the distance by foot from central station would be 10 minutes but it was definitely more. Took us nearly half an hour with the suitcases so even without suitcases I think it is at lclose to a 20 min walk. Tram and bus stops are close by and serve often to Central Station and other locations in the city but anyway it is not very centrally located. But if you don't mind the location that much, it is a good choice.

Actually, it is not a hotel. It's the apartments in a usual house. Maria, the owner and her companion were very nice and helpful. We liked our apartments, which were situated at Schiemanstraat 1. We lived at the top 3rd floor. The location is good enough: 10-15 minutes of usual walking to the central station, 2 min to Haarlemmerdijk, 15-20 min to Damark. It was great, that there were no need to spend money for taxi at night or catch a tram or bus. The kitchen was in the studio-room, so that you can cook anything.
If you are waiting for 24hrs service or breakfast, you'd better to find another place. However, when we were leaving, we locked one of our bags inside at 5-30 and the owner was on the place in 15 minutes, opened the door and didn't let us miss the plane (thank you Leke!).
